    Semi-Private is a “best of both worlds” scenario between private training and group classes. You get the benefits of an individualized workout, but you also get the energy, encouragement and support of sharing your session with 1-2 other clients.

    With Semi-Private training you also get the benefit of more flexibility with scheduling your sessions and significant savings!

  • Virtual

    Virtual training offers you complete and total flexibility with your fitness journey. Enjoy the guidance of a trainer through our modern and easy-to-use app right on your Apple or Android device.

    Join an existing 4-6 week program and allow the app to fill in your daily workouts OR choose your own individual workouts day-to-day.

    Our mobile app offers tons of features to support you in making lifestyle changes - you can rearrange your workouts, use the IG-like food journal, receive encouragement from your trainer, check out resources, yoga flows & more.
