Trendy diets. New workout programs that “guarantee” results. tik tok “experts” convincing you that you need their gimmicky product.

But if these aesthetically-focused programs were really helpful as a long-term solution, why are so many of us still struggling with health, fitness, and nutrition?

The truth is that we’re focusing on the wrong things when it comes to measuring success. The word “fitness” has become interchangeable with “weight loss”. But is it really beneficial to drop some arbitrary amount of weight, only to gain it back when you stop the daily over-strenuous workouts that leave you exhausted and depleted? What happens when you stop that crash diet after hitting your 15 pound goal? These quick fix approaches have no way of preparing you for life after they’re over. Your diet didn’t really work if you have to keep coming back to it!

Instead my clients learn to focus on the real wins that are here to stay. The habits that build into a completely different lifestyle for you. I want to celebrate you feeling stronger that you’ve ever felt, keeping up with your energizer-bunny toddler, or just feeling your overall best.
