With over 10 years of personal training experience, a behavioral change certification, and extensive training in functional movement screening, I am equipped with the knowledge and tools to guide you on your fitness journey. I understand the unique challenges that parents face when it comes to prioritizing their own health, and I am here to support and empower you every step of the way.

For your peace of mind, I am also CPR/AED certified and have worked with clients from age 5 to 92.
